Easily the worst management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They made it clear they weren’t going to return even a cent of my security deposit after blatantly ignoring numerous texts and phone calls from me. The one time I received a response, they acted like they didn’t know who I was despite me always giving full context and details in my emails/voicemails. They also tried to overcharge me for rent on my last month of tenancy and didn’t respond to multiple emails and calls asking for clarification, so eventually I calculated my own pro-rated rent and only sent that in so they couldn’t also charge me for late rent.

Grace Monteon was particularly unhelpful, but there were always others CC’ed on my correspondence who also didn’t reply, she just happened to be my building manager.

The only reason I can even give 1 star in good faith is because I was finally able to contact Sara Rosales who was immediately responsive, friendly, and helpful. My experience with her was 5 stars, but unfortunately doesn’t negate the rest of my experience with Rosano.

Be aware when renting from this property management company. 6/7 of the employees I dealt with are shady or impossible to get a hold of. They 100% would’ve kept my $1,750 deposit had I not hounded them for it and threatened to sue. It’s not exactly pocket change.

The worst rental company I have ever engaged with. Staff regularly would bully & threaten tenants, refused to do legally required maintenance, and then hold security deposits forcing you to sue! Terrible management & company.

I am currently renting an apartment from LionsHead Management (Rosano Management) for 3yrs now and have been very pleased with the property management. We feel so safe here and it's gated. Our apartment has needed several services and each time, the management has acted on the request fast. They have a portal for payments and requests that have made the process easy. Miriam (the manager) is always available and willing to help us with whatever we need. Even in the wee hours of the night, if we ask for help, she's always ready and accomodating, very kind as well. I highly recommend this management company and specially our Manager Miriam.

I am absolutely horrified at this property mgmt company. it is comical that they would call themselves that given they do not manage anything. ever since they took over our property, my life has become a nightmare. I will spare everyone the 20 other things that happened leading up to this, and just cut to the main event. We had a major flooding incident a month and a half ago and our property has been completely unlivable since. It took 9 days of me texting/calling/submitting requests incessantly for them to get someone out to the property, and at that time they tried to patch up the hole in the ceiling with some spackle while the sopping wet dry wall was dripping on them. At this point I started to mention getting attorneys involved if they refused to deal with it because there was at this point visible mold growing on the main floor and the stench of mildew was enough to knock you off your feet, also our floor boards were so severely warped we could no longer open certain doors. It was only at this point they finally got an insurance inspector out there. As I told them from the get go, all the floors upstairs downstairs and ceiling need to be replaced along with the walls. fast fwd 2 weeks later - I come home to a full demolition crew in our living room. Believe it or not this is the second time this has happened. There are still 6 people living here, none of whom have even been notified much less relocated. Not only is this wildly disruptive to our lives, it is flat out dangerous to our health. In my attempts to contact the company, I have been hung up several times and cant get through to anyone given their circuitous automated messaging system (clearly by design). When I reach out to their email I get a bounce back. Unfortunately there is not enough space here to truly paint a picture of just how incredibly awful this company is, but I will say that our house hasn't been touched since the demolition which was over 2 weeks ago. We have no floors, no ceiling, and half the walls were taken out. Loss of access to both the living room and kitchen. We follow up daily via text, email and phone call begging the so called property manager Grace to give us any kind of information on what the construction time line is, and she continues to divert divert divert. One of our roommates that recently moved out sued Rosano for the exact same thing and won about a week ago. It's mind blowing that they are repeating the same exact behavior despite the lawsuit. I guess they just truly have that little respect for their tenants. I am writing this because I am beyond angry and frustrated and I hope to help someone avoid this fate in the future. If you are thinking of moving into a property owned by this company, do yourself a favor and RUN for the hills!!

Lions Head Management is very good company and their services are so excellent. I am very glad that I am their tenant. They solve any problem very quick and nicely. Specially Our Manager Miriam Galli is very nice and very helpful. Manager Miriam always keeps our apartment area net and clean and secure.
