I recently purchased my dream home with the help of an amazing person named Mr. Chris Rudkin, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we started the house process to the day I received the keys, everything went smoothly and efficiently.

Needless to say my first mortgage company was Pilgrim Mortgage, and the second was Veteran United. Neither company could get the job done meanwhile I was using my VA Home Loan for the first time . I completed 3 tours in Iraq and fought hard for the benefits I’ve earned, but felt
Very mishandled by other mortgage firms.

Honestly I was tired and over it by the time I met Chris. (Did I say I’m 8 months pregnant) Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs and preferences. He listened to what I needed and worked tirelessly to complete what nobody else could. He handled my file personally and his expertise and guidance throughout the negotiation and closing process were invaluable, and I felt supported every step of the way.

The home I ended up purchasing exceeded all of my expectations - it's perfect in every way and truly feels like my slice of paradise. I can't thank my real estate agent and mortgage broker enough for helping me close on this gem.

Overall, the entire home buying process was a breeze Chris took 7 days to
