DO NOT use Shanna! Ruoff mortgage itself was fine, but Shanna made a lot of promises she could not keep, set unrealistic expectations for my husband and I, and was never at the office to answer my questions. It was our first time buying a home and because of her the process to even get preapproved took a month and closing took 2. We were NOT happy with her service
