If you want a painless and easy moving experience, DON’T look at any rutherford properties if Gloria is your leasing agent. Have you ever wanted to sign a contract where you’ll pay over $12,000 in a 6mo period to get no response from the person who’s supposed to be helping out? Then look no further! Gloria is your gal. Gloria was unresponsive to us when we were first moving in (never sent us any documents but then told us we had to push our move in date back because we hadn’t paid the security deposit yet. Yes, first and last months rent before seeing aaaany contract.) Then when it comes time to move out we email her 10 weeks before the move out date, asking her about our options. And, you guessed it, she never responded!!! The best part was when we called the office and she lied straight to my girlfriends face and said “I never got an email from you” but when I call them, they’re reading the email that she sent them… Hmm, odd? And when you reach back out to talk to the company, they are all just as unhelpful as her! Definitely will never get another property from Gloria or rutherford. Was a terrible experience all around. 1 star well deserved.
