Ryan with Umortgage was absolutely fabulous. Not only was this the smoothest transaction of the year with no glitches, but Ryan processed the entire transaction from start to finish in three weeks. The Buyers had been originally processing a cash sale/purchase for approximately two weeks when they switched to a financed Conventional Purchase. I called Ryan and asked him if he had any concerns about meeting the deadline by the end of the month. Ryan stated he would check with his team, but did not anticipate any issues whatsoever.
