I needed to find some new car and homeowners insurance. I called Jeremy. He was aware of my husband’s health issues, so he came to the house. Took all of the information of the company that we were currently with. He answered all questions that I had and took time to listen to our needs. Finding an insurance agent you can trust to take care of your needs while your are dealing with a hectic schedule is hard to find. I met with Mr. Amos for quotes on my car, home & rental property, he was able to decrease my rates by hundreds of dollars annually and has kept in touch with me multiple times to check in. I also refinanced and there was an inside between the mortgage company and insurance company with my escrow and Mr. Amos went above and beyond to contact me and get the situation straightened out quickly to keep my insurance from lapsing or having further issues. I asked for a quote on insurance for home owners on my house and on my son's house, and for auto insurance priced on the VEHICLE, Mr Amos would not do as I requested. I tired to negotiate discounts and he would not.
I actually drove to his location from New Castle to Muncie and his office address at 3000 S Madison was empty, and I got there as the mailman was leaving and the mailman said the office is always empty, Mr Amos said it was empty because he had a full time job working some where else so he would not lose his Health insurance, he seemed more interested in his heath insurance than he did in serving his customers.
Then he gave me the prices which were outrageous and claimed that my son who moved to Indiana from out of State did not have an Indiana License yet, which is true, but that does not disqualify my son from getting insurance and I have in writing to Mr Amos I wanted to insure the vehicles, Mr Amos knew so little about insurance, and what I wanted I told him the Indiana Dept of Insurance should know about this situation, then he says I slandered him. Really the guy licensed by the Indiana Dept of Insurance thinks it's slander to report his conduct?
Go there at your own risk.
2/12/21 Thanks to you for your reply, but I have 7 pages of information I gave you, all of which are facts including going great lengths to explain things. You then threatened me with a lawsuit for going on a consumer site, and yes I do have that in writing from you.
Then you are under the impression that some how it is slander to report this kind of nonsense to the Dept of Insurance.
There thankfully is a First Amendment which allows people on a Google site to air their opinion of the business, and Sir, my opinion is not very high of your business.
That's my Constitutional right to say in this free country.
So lets get facts straight, I have 7 pagers of information I provided you with.
