Honestly I wish google had an option for 0 stars… I had an appointment scheduled in the time frame of noon-5pm I never heard anything from Safelite, I had to call them at 4:50 to see if my technician was going to make it that day or not (he didn’t make it), I got my windshield replaced the next day. I drive my truck and I hear wind coming in through the bottom corner on the driver side. Getting a hold of anyone at the shop is a definite a pain, I’ve wait twice for over 20 minutes. I would never recommend Safelite to anyone!!!

A few days later we get snow and I have a leak at the top of my windshield it’s a pretty bad leak and continues to drip. I feel like the problems just keep adding up

They did a great job communicating with me from the time I let them know I needed my windshield replaced. The technician even called to let me know when he was on the way and when he was finished. There were no hidden fees or extra fees after I prepaid for the work. Great service!

Great service if you schedule to have a technician come out to you. I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment at their shop, and was told my 45 minute appointment was going to take about 2 hours because they were busy. That was unacceptable to me, so I rescheduled to have a technician come to my work a few days later.
He showed up on time & did a great job on the repair.

Safelite Auto Glass was awesome to work with! Talking with Jesse the store manager was a pleasure! Road tech, Robert, came to our house and had our windshield replaced very quickly and did an amazing job!!! Would highly recommend Safelite Auto 👍👍

I've used Satellite many times over the years. They always do good work, but previous experiences have not always been great: cars not ready on time, etc. Plus, there is the constant effort to sell you overly expensive new windshield wipers. But my experience at the Flagstaff shot the other day had none of these problems: the car was ready early, and no one even mentioned windshield wipers. It was a good experience!

The guys and gals at Safelite Auto Glass in Flagstaff are very professional and did a wonderful job with my TRD. Also completed the service in less time than they estimated. And did a very professional job that was completely built through my insurance. I highly recommend these guys for your windshield replacement needs.

Unfortunately I used Safelite to replace my windshield. The first visit to install at my house the tech broke the new windshield and ruined the inner windshield liner. I was told that the inner liner wasn't available. It was. Just not from their suppliers. I then had 4 more visits to install the new liner or windshield with tint and all 4 times the technicians either didn't bring the liner or have the replacement windshield with the tint. Really poor communication between the shop and the mobile techs. I finally brought the car in to the shop where they installed the windshield with the tint. Unfortunately again they botched the tint job leaving it uneven and with a gap in the top of the tint. They even incorrectly mounted my windshield wipers! When I inquired about correcting the tint I was told their tinting guy would be in later that week and they would give me a call when he was in. That was weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them. If your considering Safelite for any glass replacement do yourself a favor and consider taking your business elsewhere.

Update, the owner said that the Safelite people would get ahold of me and sort this out was a lie. Its been several weeks now and not a peep from the Flagstaff Safelite people. What a joke they are!!
