I've been with this company for a few years now. I was recommended to them by a builder. They have reasonable rates and their claims process is pretty straight forward. Last year, I had a neighbor install a fence that hit our underground utility lines, causing multiple damages. They refused to cooperate. We had very good evidence to back it all up. I filed an insurance claim with SageSure. They assigned my adjuster Kimberly and everyone has been pretty communicative. They took care of everything. It took about 7 months from start to finish, so time and patience is required when it comes to subrogation. I ended up getting my deductible back too. 5/5 stars, would recommend SageSure as an insurance provider.

I'm very happy with the representative who took my call about a personal check sent Feb 3 that, as of Tuesday Feb 11, has not yet been received. Her interaction was extremely helpful in allaying any concerns regarding termination of insurance coverage. She provided solutions that remedied our present concern over the check still not posting to our online banking account after nine days. Very pleased after our call with her!

I would love to know where all these wonderful reviews are coming from because they are in direct contrast to my personal experience with Sage Sure. My experience with this company has been an absolute joke. Contacted them after Milton because it took out my AC. I’ve been in constant battle with this company since then providing every single piece of information requested and yet have literally done nothing except kick the can down the road and put my family through the same hoops of providing the same information a dozen times over with zero help or resolution. Thorough disappointment.
