Not friendly, a gentleman and lady both seemed to have attitude with everyone. They were selling Avon and some other body stuff as well. First thought in the building and attitude was is this place shady? We will see but first impressions didn’t hit well for me and my family. Reading the reviews now I’m concern if a accident happens that this is bogus company so let’s hope for the best and in 6 months the I’ll go back to State Farm

Local business, Affordable rates, and takes care of the claims right away. Good for individuals and businesses. Parking sucks because right off 7th street but still can usually find somewhere

Sammy Boaz what can I say. Everyone loves Sammy. Not just because there isn't a better insurance agent anywhere either. He is an awesome human being. Great sense of humor, gigantic heart and a gentleman always. No matter what the problem or situation may be, he will find you some insurance somewhere, somehow. And you leave feeling like you know he really appreciated how much you helped him. I still haven't figured out how he does that and I've been buying my insurance there for almost three decades.

A guy (represented by this company) hit my car.. I go in to let them know what happened.

I do have to give them credit.. they are consistent, the building and staff are unprofessional. The guy at the counter is an arrogant POS.

They may be the cheapest in town for high risk drivers, but for they rest of us (that get hit by the high risk drivers) they are unresponsive, and rude. Not off to a good start with this. I very rarely lose my temper, but these people managed to hit my buttons from the beginning.

If it were possible to leave a zero rating I would.. they have earned it.

Husband got into a wreck and come to find out they never sent form in to dmv his license got suspended been waiting on insurance to send it to dmv and now saying that he has to get report from the accident and bring it there to have them fax it to dmv which is crazy they should have done it to begin with. Will change this if they actually do there job if he didn't have insurance then would have got tickets and then insurance wouldn't of covered wreck. Just wanted to let people know this situation

Best place to get insurance hands down! Mr. Boaz is one of the nicest people I've ever met in my entire life, and all the staff there are very friendly!
