I would give them 0 stars if I could. I am a senior adult. They are the worst property managers I have encountered after 45 years in Indiana. I waited 14 months, while i lived in the senior part of the complex, to move into a larger apartment so I could have my washer and dryer, my household goods were in storage , which I was paying for while I waited for the larger apartment. They moved me into the worst apartment in the complex. 35 year old floors, cabinets, lighting, refrigerator, entire bathroom including the toilet, sliding glass doors, floors, hot water furnace and smells of cat pee. I have a 4+ allergic reaction to cats!!! I was told the water on the floor underneath the water heater is condensation. Seriously!! This is reprisal and retaliation for me filing a complaint with Indiana Quadrel about living conditions in the senior complex and a failure to make a 504 accommodation due to my disability. I work 3 jobs while retired so I can afford to live. My rent and utilities are paid in full and on time each month. This is only the tip of the iceberg with Samaritan. My biggest question is what is wrong with Indiana that allows landlords to take people's money and not care how people are treated? No dignity nor respect. It's inhumane. P. S. They did fix most of the issues. Still need to work on communicating so residents can make an informed decision.

Revised Review:
I am urging anyone that visits this review section to strongly reconsider any properties managed by Samaritan Companies. If their other properties are managed the same way as Willow Glen South by Karen McCorkle then you will invariably regret your decision.

If you don't believe me then please go to the Google reviews for Willow Glen South, see the reviews on the Better Business Bureau, see the other reviews on other Apartment websites. There is something seriously wrong with the way Willow Glen South is managed and how they treat residents. I am hoping there is someone in the legal profession or an Indiana Regulatory agency that can open an inquiry or investigation.

Residences on Ronald Reagan are the ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Lauren and her STAFF are the BEST!! I LOVE IT HERE!!! Cassie, Hailey maintenance are WONDERFUL. Thanks for everything you do.
