If I could put 0 stars I would. The new property manager for rentals that took over our house is horrible at communication and is disrespectful and rude. We had a tree fall over in our back yard that we put multiple work orders I'm over 2 years to get removed. She didn't even ask if we were ok or if the house was damaged. The city came out to fix the electricity. Then the next day we got a 30 day notice to vacate with no explanation. The house is falling apart the ceiling has been craving in over the last 2 years that still hasn't been fixed and our heater went out month ago and we had to supply our own space heaters and pay for the extra electricity. If you deal with San Juan realty do NOT go through Crystal Snow! The absolute worst property manager

I called San Juan Realty when my sister had like cked herself out of the house. They were very helpful and willing to give me their only extra key and let me drop it off the next day, because it was so close to closing time. Unfortunately it was the wrong key. We were eventually able to access the house and made 3 copies of the right key. One to hide one for San Juan Realty and one for me, just in case. They apologized and were able to label the right key for the house.

I was denied the right to rent from here because of who my ex husband is. It had nothing to do with my ability to pay or the simple fact that we've been divorced for over 12 years now. My mind was blown when I was told the reason for the denial.
I don't know how to reply to these so I hope you see this. Lela Holmes was the one my mother and I were dealing with... who is also a friend of my ex mother in law. But I'm pretty sure she never even ran the application once she seen who was applying. Discrimination at its finest
