David Santana and his wife Gina have been nothing but Excellent to me. Caring about my well-being first as a person and client. Even taking the time to research and get me the best policy and rates in a Commercial Insurance policy for my business I recently started 2 years ago in oversized transportation Pilot Car Services. If I could sum them up in 3 words Integrity, Diligent, and Caring.

I followed them from our first meeting to their new company. They continue to be very helpful to my wife and I in finding better coverages and rates for both our home and auto. We have a large old Victorian which has been used also as a business - a little more complicated than most homes to insure. Also they are fast in getting back to us with any paperwork or quotes needed. They made changing our auto insurance - for example - we just switched to a new car - very fast and almost effortless.
