I am new to Schools First Credit Union and have had Wescom Credit Union for my primary banking needs. In the time I have been with Wescom (1999) I have tried other banks, Welfargo, Union Bank, Bank of America, Chase Bank and every one of them have been terrible in all sorts of ways causing me to close my account with each of them. But NOW I have finally found a great banking option along with Wescom. Schools First is amazing, the atmosphere at the local branch is warm, professional and very welcoming and the customer service representatives through teller phone services are wonderful. Every employee I interacted with was kind and extremely pleasant. You can see that as Schools First Credit Union employees, they are happy and well taken care of. That is a major plus for me and a great reflection of how they will also take care of me and my money management needs. I feel safe and confident in their care and am very pleased with all their banking options and opportunities. They have amazing loan rates and many great options for checkings, savings, home/vehicle/personal loans, credit cards, and summer savings account! Now, I have finally found 2 banks to safely and confidently bank with that proactively seek out ways to improve my financial well-being through my banking and money management needs. I highly recommend Schools First Credit Union.

The employees here are fantastic! Anthuan helped us. We came back the next day and he remembered our last name. I know that seems like nothing, but it shows they value their customers. We left our long time bank and came to Schools First. We are very happy with the decision.

Can't even perform the simple task of Ordering checks! Spent over 30 minutes so far annd am still on square one. Supposed to be able to order checks by phone - but there isn't an option for this task when you call!

First time visiting the Menifee location my experience was amazing the receptionist was great and Brooke was even more amazing made the whole experience a pleasure if leaving a tip was optional I would, not even a 5 star restaurants treat me this good. Thank you again.

Fake Credit Union.
Credit Unions are supposed to help customers from OTHER Credit Unions too but this one wont. That makes this establishment no longer a Credit Union. That makes them a bank.

This is the best place to get a car loan and they have the best financial products. The staff is very helpful and supper friendly.
