I didn’t have much luck Goosehead. They made communicating very difficult. Phone calls very rarely were answered and/or voicemails returned. Emails were responded to very slowly. I’ve got one email chain with 6 messages from Goosehead, and 3 different Goosehead employees. Like isn’t this what an Insurance Agent is for? Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Not only did Scott get me the best and least expensive quote but he was curious what the contract was requiring and contacted the the management group himself to clarify what they were asking for. He was even willing to give me, his customer, to someone else he knew if they could have gotten me a better price. Had honest vibes and evident integrity.
