I had a previous loan officer that I was working with and he had told me there were no options for me and he did not communicate well with me. I found Scott when I went to the bank desperately looking for options. They had recommended him to me. Our rent was going up and I was hoping buying would be an option for us. I went into Scott's office with little hope based on what the previous loan officer had said. He immediately made me feel like I had options and looked into assistance programs for me. He always explained everything with amazing detail and made sure I understood everything. If I didn't understand something he never made me feel bad about it. I was not familiar with any of it and learning as I went through it.
I am a nurse and I can't always get to my phone. He was amazing with communicating every step of the way and making himself available when I had time to discuss things. He answered phone calls and text messages in a very reasonable amount of time.
He was very kind, informative, and responsive. I had never gone through this process before and I felt very anxious and scared at times. His communication and kindness has made this experience the best it could be. I felt that he didn't view this as his job, but he was a truly caring person and I could trust him and his advise. Trusting people in this world is not so easy anymore. I especially felt unsure due the bad experience I had previously had. Scott was truly a blessing.
I will recommend Scott to anyone who will listen. He is truly amazing and without him I would not have a home.
