Sean Pierpont of First Home Mortgage has provided me and my family fantastic advice, service and results in obtaining a refinancing of our mortgages. I would not hesitate to use him again in our future refinancing or real estate purchasing needs. We had a difficult set of circumstances to overcome, which other brokerages could not effectively handle. During our 60-day refinancing period, he found a lower rate several times, gave us options, and produced a refinancing package, that allowed us to pay off two mortgages, all credit cards, tax bills and more. He and his staff communicated several times a week, kept us fully informed, and were very easy to work with. He and his company took our special circumstances and challenges into account, got us approved, and put us on a much more secure financial footing. If he could do this for us, I have no doubt he can help most anyone. I cannot think of a better mortgage broker, quite frankly.
