We had a 1 yr lease with them. House was awsome and service calls were prompt and on time. However, they went through a few agents through that 1 yr. No one had any true idea of how we left the house compared to how we received it. The agent that helped us move in was great but then she stopped working for them. After that, it all went downhill. We received the house with the previous tenants burn piles and large amounts of trash I had to haul out. I left it 100% better than we received and even gave it the TLC it needed with minor repairs.. When we moved out, they charged us $380 for cleaning fee! Really?!? I called and Janice says they do inspect houses and take hundreds of pictures prior to new tenants. If that's the case, why did I receive the house in bad shape? I cleaned for a week straight. I told the agent at the time and said she will make note. The note got lost and now I'm out 380 .... poor communication in such a small time frame.. I'm sure they just send a cleaning company to still do a clean, standard I'm sure. But why should I get that bill? (Which I did) .. they should compare the pics before my lease and after, before deducting 380 from my deposit.. Their contract clearly states, leave it in same or better condition than when you move in. I left it 20 times better.. DO NOT fall for this scam on move out. Cover all your bases and take pics and videos like we did.

Marlene was a great person to work with the only down fall was the process of trying to get into a place 5800. Is our monthly income never been evicted or late on rent it should be based on income not credit only.
