I approached them about selling my house and they decided not to make an offer. I understand that is going to happen from time to time, but I felt that the way I was treated was pretty unprofessional. I received calls and texts from them that I ignored because they seemed like spam and the caller/sender did not present themselves in a reasonable way with any form of basic information such as who they were or what company they were from etc. The owner followed up by email and accused me of not being serious about selling, which I thought was very rude and counterproductive. I tried calling them by phone a couple of times, finally got a hold of someone, he agreed to come out to take a look at my property, and the next thing I know I get an email canceling the appointment 15 minutes before it was supposed to start. Top to bottom, these guys are completely devoid of courtesy and professionalism and I would not recommend dealing with them.
