I can not say enough about my experience with Serra Toyota, Alex Foster went above and beyond to get me out of the 2024 Santa Fe that I felt so unbelievably UNSAFE in , and into a BEAUTIFUL Cherokee that I LOVE !!

Devin was absolutely AMAZING!!! His team, especially Mario was absolutely AMAZING!!! Mr Eric helped wrap everything up and got me to the finish line with our car! They were so patient with my 10 year old son, who was so bored after him being there 6 hours, lol, but he hung in there, because he was so excited for us to FINALLY have a car!!! Devin listened to my budget and what I was looking for, so he pulled the vehicles starting from lowest of my budget and we built up from there until I found one I ABSOLUTELY LOVED! The warranty and package included are GREAT along with the perks they offer at the dealership when you come in, nothing I've experienced anywhere else. Devin never got aggravated, tired of, or inpatient with me with all of my questions and concerns, worries, changing my mind, etc. He also was such an incredible help with me and my walker, waiting and opening doors, not making me have to walk far, carrying my bag for me, he was such a polite gentleman.
