I was out of the country when my water heater broke. A friend is renting my place since I am working out of town for now and according to him, it was over two feet of water with damage in the garage, kitchen and dining room. I immediately had the water heater replaced, but was unsure about the water damage since I was out of country. I found this company online and I am so grateful I did. I feel as if it was a blessing because Matthew was chosen to go to my home in Yucca Valley and he was and is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He patiently explained everything to me and helped me understand how to file a claim and get my claim number that day while he was there inspecting everything. This is my first time using insurance and I had conflicting information. Either way, throughout the process he kept me updated and sent pics whenever I requested. He was really flexible in scheduling and that was needed so much. When it came time to actually do the “repairs,” Matthew and Lisandro were excellent. They quickly handled everything and made sure to cover areas perfectly so dust wouldn’t go throw out the home. They prepped everything so well for the contractor to come in and finish the walls. I would highly recommend both of them to any homeowner who gets caught in this same situation. I wish them both well and much success!

Jacob Alfaro and his team had a job which was too demo my kitchen. They did it efficiently, they were very professional, and were in and out. They even cleaned up the mess. Good job guys! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Pluming issue resulting in water damage to our new home in Apple Valley. Homeowners insurance sent us Servpro to dry out the water damage and for demolition of affected area. We our so grateful. My husband and I were fortunate to have been sent great professional people in a very stressful situation. Mathew & Jonah ( Team Brandon) make a great team. Another team member showed up to help briefly , he was very approachable as well. Sorry can’t recall his name. They were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, worked fast & efficiently. Answered all our questions, and I asked many., Never got annoyed with my constant questioning of the situation., I was grateful for that. They kept us informed. Explained all steps. Cleaned up all debris after demo , In such a frustrating and stressful situation they helped make it all a bit easier. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys!

Matthew and Lisandro from Servpro were amazing!! Had to tear out the entire bathroom including tub, tile and fixtures. They were very clean and respectful of our space and pleasant. Great at communicating the process every step of the way. They worked hard and were very thorough all the way until the job was complete.
What can be a frustrating ordeal was made a little less painful by their professionalism.

Had a plumbing issue tonight. Flooded half my home. Jacob and his partner responded fast! They were very professional and put my mind at ease. They helped me move furniture, set up the fans, dried all the areas that had water, assessed where the water damage was at, marked the walls for damage repair, took pictures for the insurance company, put my furniture on foam stilts, and even set up plastic for me in the garage so we could put our mattresses on it. This is my first time dealing with an issue like this, but ServPro showed up and did their thing! Thank you!

Jacob the product manager was on top of everything. He was friendly and professional. Kevin and Clemente were the technicians who came to do the work in my home. They were both very hard workers. They covered the floors and walls so nothing would get dirty or messed up. I appreciate their excellent customer service.
