What can I say about Shaheedah Hill…well first, she literally got me over the hill and now I am a first-time homeowner. I was fortunate to come across Shaheedah’s Youtube page, which led me to her Facebook group, where I posted a question about needing a realtor in my area and she indicated we should talk. From our first conversation, it was obvious that she was very knowledgeable. Throughout the process, she was there every step of the way, from showing me around the small town I was contemplating living in, meeting with the builder, meeting with my home inspector, calling me weekly to check in and going and checking on the progress of my new home and sending me pictures and videos. Whenever I had a question for the builder or inspector, Shaheedah was the one who contacted them. Whenever there was an issue, she advocated for me. To say that I am grateful would be an understatement. This was the first time I ever looked for a home and I had no idea what to do or the questions to ask, but luckily and thankfully, I found Shaheedah. Even after closing she has contacted me to check to see if I had any questions or needed anything. Shaheedah Hill is a top-notch real estate agent who is an EXPERT in Douglas County! She knows every inch of this county and can tell you all about the incoming businesses and industry, market outlook, and the neighborhood details. Her approach goes WAY beyond what others are doing! When houses are sitting 1-3 months, we were under contract in a week when selling my house. She is professional and plans everything out to every minute detail and even when you are under contract quick, she will follow through with everything she says just in case; open houses, postcards, flyers, marketing you-tube video, teasers, professional photos and floorplans.
