Shane and his team are simply amazing! As a first time home owner, I expected this experience to be long and frantic but I was closed in 3 weeks and it went very fast just like Shane said it would! He also answered all the questions that I had and was able to explain everything perfectly so that you could understand the process. They all know you by name and treat you like family. ❤ They all worked so hard, diligently, and at God's speed to get me in to my new home. I would recommend every first time home buyer to go through this Mortgage lender. Shane made this a great experience by, quickly and effectively answering any question my wife or I had, never making us feel the question was trivial or unnecessary . During this time I was working off of a very small time window due to my demanding work schedule. Shane was extremely understanding and worked around this give us exceptional service and letting us know exactly what was going on, and when it was happening. Shane also helped us find our realtor and our agent has been nothing but the absolute best, she helped us secure an amazing house the day it went on the market!! Well, I've got to say, this was the easiest part of our home buying experience. We found the home of our dreams and wanted to make an offer that day. The only problem was it was pretty late. We gave Shane a call. I was able to email a couple of needed documents and received preapproval the same night. (afterhours I might add)
We got our offer in and then locked in contract.

I was able to reach Shane several times during the buying process for questions and advise. He truly made us feel as if he were on our side.
