We were a group of 14 people stayed at "lake treat #2" for 3 nights. The cabin had great view of the lake and easy access to the lake. We enjoyed every meal at their wonderful deck with lake view. Lori and David offered us 2 kayaks to enjoy the lake, which was great. We really enjoyed Kayaking. They were very prompt on our requests and questions. The cabin just remodeled, you can smell the new hardwood. Very clean and equipped. We will highly recommend "lake treat #2" to every large grouped.

Awesome home and you could not ask for a better location! The attention to detail in this home is incredible. The views of the lake from the deck and from within the home are stunning. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading when not out on the lake. The boat ramp to launch your boat could not be any more convenient. Can't wait to get back up there!

This place is amazing he has multiple units to rent year round. You better read early though because they're booked up! Prices are reasonable for a double families or retreats!

It's a lovely place to get away to. It can get a little cold in the winter since there is no central heating but it works out if you have a big family like me to make the place really cozy. The owner is awesome that she allowed us to extend our checkout time so we can sleep in and not have to rush the morning.

TWO GREAT LAKEFRONT HOMES!

We stayed in both Retreat 1 and Retreat 2 both owned by David and Lori and from my initial contact the communication was very easy and Dave had quick response times to any questions that I had before and after booking. We stayed there in June 2018 for my parents 50ty anniversary. The whole family flew and drove to Shasta for this celebration vacation. Both homes are very clean. Our family spent much of our time out on the new decks. The outdoor seating was great and there was a nice fire table for evening ambience at both properties. The home was very well equipped with all the comforts that we could ask for. The kitchen was well supplied and the little ones appreciated being able to watch their shows before bedtime on nice flatscreen TVs with DIRECTV. The AC Worked very well in both homes which if you have been to the lake Shasta area is a very important feature on warm days. It’s a nice little cul-de-sac with good neighbors and it’s conveniently located right next to Sugarloaf resort and Marina. Their website is very detailed and they’re welcome information is very detailed with 38 pages of photos and information. We very much feel like they have done the very nice job for their guests with both properties.

We hope to stay there in the future.

Love this house vacationing here was perfect! Lori and Dave have gone over and above to make this home a great place to come. Home 5 days and looking forward to being back next year.. Wish it was now!

Everything we needed was provided. All we had to do was play and have fun! 2nd day we all started to plan for the annual stay. As much as I want to share how great of a place it is, I also don’t want the secret out. Thanks for an amazing week!
