They don't call their clients back! Been over a week and a half and still haven't got a return call. I've left several messages with no return call. Even a text and yet I haven't received a return call .

Best State Farm office in California! I have been a lifelong State Farm customer with several agents over the years and this is by far the best agency I've seen. The entire office staff is always very kind and helpful. Special kudos to Nima for being the most professional team member we have had the pleasure of working with. He was extremely considerate and thoughtful, there is not a rude bone in his body. It seems as if the gentleman named Phillip seeking a friend below was unwilling to accept the information provided to him. I can't imagine anyone ever having a bad experience at all with this amazing office.

When I was canceled by my former insurance company due to the many trees on my property, I called Shaun, as recommended by my neighbor. He was able to provide me with a Farm/Ranch policy, which was about 2x what I was paying before, but less than the 3x I would be paying had I used the CA Fair Plan. Everything was fine while signing up for the policy. However, after that, I would call, text and email 5 or 6 times to get anyone to call me back. Sometimes it would take weeks of persistent attempts to finally get someone from the office to call me back. Next I wanted to be covered by an umbrella policy. First he said it would be about $200, but it actually cost more than double that. After several weeks, I still had not heard anything back about the policy or received any paperwork in the mail. State Farm said they couldn't start the policy until they had proof of insurance of my vehicles. I had sent that to Shaun to begin with. Finally I got the umbrella policy in the mail. Not sure if I have even had the policy a year, and I just received a letter from State Farm because "sufficient underwriting information has not been submitted to fully evaluate continued coverage under this policy". Shaun has all the information they need. So.....I tried calling, left messages, texted, and emailed asking what more information Shaun needed to submit to the company to have my policy renewed. It has been weeks and I am still waiting for anyone from his office to call and answer my questions. I just switched to another State Farm agent and have been very pleased with his service. I would never recommend Shaun because he does not return calls or attempts to get in touch with him. Heaven forbid my house would burn down while he was my agent.

This is hands down the most helpful and friendliest office I have ever dealt with. They made my insurance experience very easy and they were very thorough as well. Wish they had more then 5 stars to rate them as they deserve more. This office should be very proud at how they conduct their business. Good job ladies and gents!!

Shaun is a friend of mine but I switched to him about 2 years ago from our other agent. He's the best! Super honest, thinks of things I don't, & is always looking out for my best interests. My husband recently passed away & he stepped up to help take care of things, including getting me enrolled in a life insurance plan. I don't have enough amazing things to say about Shaun!
