Aimee is great! She gets an A+ for her customer service as our agent. When our rear window was smashed and car broken into while we were on vacation, she called around for us to find the best place where we could have it repaired and even set up an appointment for us. It was so much appreciated as we didn’t know the area and were already dealing with the stress of the break in and having to replace stolen items so we could continue our trip. We were so thankful and appreciative for Aimee taking the time to set that up for us. Helped tremendously so we could more easily get back on track and continue our trip.

In general, I’m using Shelter Insurance as my primary insurance for my apartment and car since 2020. It been a lovely experience working with different agents. Only used once on road assistance for my car to be jumped start, the guy was on site for service hardly in 15 min after calling for assistance.
