Mr. Edward's refuses to acknowledge the fault of he and his office and only wants to argue and laugh at his customers on the phone. His customer service skills are horrible, he's arrogant and hateful when confronted about his incompetency and will turn the blame on the customer. The only time he's nice and professional is when no one is explaining to him how his issues caused a customer big problems with the DOT. He blamed it all on his worker, Morgan, who he claims he fired as a result, yet blamed it on me, the customer. Newsflash Jason...the customer doesn't insert the customers info to the underwriters....you do! If a customer goes through you for insurance then it's your responsibility to take care of that customers insurance affairs!
