My policy was supposed to be cancelled and it wasn’t and I called her to see what happened and she had it cancelled because my new policy started in august she got my money refunded I would recommend her . I called the Liberty Mutual number to have my auto policy rerated. Fortunately I reached Sherri. As a result she compared rates of numerous insurers and I saved over $700.00. Sherri is a savior of sorts! When our previous Insurer of 40+ years gave us notice of discontinuation of coverage (vacant house), we were wanting to find an insurer that would cover the property till it sold. Knowing full well that our insurance needs for that property were likely to be short term, she did not treat us with any less respect or courtesy. In fact, she quickly understood our need, found a policy that suited us (actually well priced), and did so all within three days.

Sherri is a joy to work with and I recommend her whole heartedly. I must mention that she was actually recommended to us by another agent who did not represent an insurance company that had a comparable policy! It does help that she is not tied to any single Insurance Co.
