SHIELD Property Management has been wonderful to work with! When moving in, we had some (very stressful) hiccups on our end with the sale of our old house. Matt was great. Very patient and flexible. He worked with us to make sure that we were still able to move in on our planned date. Since then, they have continued to take care of us thoroughly and promptly!

It's very difficult to find a good property management company. Over the years, my wife and I have acquired a mixed bag of properties in a few different states. I literally dread seeing an email from our other management companies in my inbox, and it's worse if I see them calling.

When Matt calls from Shield, it's literally like family is calling! If there is any issue, he already has it solved, or he has my options all laid out for me. He's upbeat and efficient, and I know things are in good hands. They also go above and beyond to manage any cost!

Shield is also a true win / win because the tenants love them as well. They're polite, super responsive, and always professional. I feel their being able to provide excellent service all around is what truly sets them apart. If you're looking for great property management, look no further.

Shield property management is by far the best management company that I have worked with. I have been in real estate investing since 2014, and I have been with Shield since their inception. Clay is hands-down, the best real estate agent I have worked with in the state of Indiana. Furthermore, Matthew, who runs their property management division, has done an amazing job with my portfolio. I can honestly say, that these guys are the only ones who I fully trust. There is no shady stuff going on, or lots of extraneous fees each month, like you see with other property managers. Everything is always done in a timely manner. Matt is always on top of things! I would highly recommend these guys to any investor, whether new, or well-established.
