Would not recommend renting from this company, they are very shady. You will be rushed with an unreasonable move in time frame and hit with BIG "holding" fees that aren't justifiable after the application approval process if you dont agree to move in immediantly. We requested to move in within 2 weeks (by the first of the month), pay the deposit and first month's rent, then got told the day of the app approval, that we will have to pay $500 more to hold the house or move in literally immediantly with prorated rent. I explained we will have to let our current landlords know and need more then a couple of days to move in, hook up all utilities, etc but we will gladly go ahead and sign the lease, pay all deposits and get all utlities connected within the 2 weeks. He came back saying this is a non refundable hold deposit to cover that month's rent. It would not even be applied to the first months rent. Just $500 extra to say the house is ours and not another possible tenant. It was just listed 2 days ago on zillow, spent the following day trying to figure who the realtor company was because he did not respond to zillow. Finally got the application link from him day 2, returned completed the same day. Heard back lunch time on the 3rd day and thats when all the extra came out. It's currenyly already halfway through the month). He also mentioned he's not into "bidding wars like other realtors" but I have never heard of a GOOD realtor trying to have a bidding war with potentional tenants. Be very aware before starting any lease with this company.

Terrible. Criminals who will try to steal your money. Not professional. Does not follow through. You will have to get a lawyer involved with these people.
