She has gone above and beyond with any concerns I have. In short, the application process was smooth, with her being available to take my calls or texts as I navigated this process. The apartment is up to date, but with the minor concerns I have had, Angelica was patient, understanding, and professional. I can see that she is passionate about her role, and I have built trust with her.

My experience moving in at the time was awesome, especially since she was prompt in her responses regarding any questions I had. The cool thing is that she has kept being the same helpful and friendly person throughout my time here since day 1.

If you're considering renting at 2191 El Sereno Ave, know that the remediation performed after the fire was limited to cleaning the air with HEPA units and scrubbing the walls. Buildings south of Woodbury, further from the fire, have had drywall and insulation replaced due to smoke damage but this did not occur at 2191 El Sereno. I'm not a remediation expert but there seemed to be a very real effort to return the building to profitability ASAP with no transparency regarding environmental testing, etc.

I would suggest not renting a property serviced by SIG. My experiences with SIG include catching my landlord illegally entering my unit without notification after the Eaton fire, dishonest communication about security camera footage, and a generally dehumanizing experience post-fire regarding the remediation. This is all on top of a general level of unhelpful, unsympathetic, unprofessional day to day operation for which you'll pay top dollar (and your rent will go up at every opportunity).

SIG property management has done an amazing job with our families condo. They helped managing it while we rented it out and then just helped us with the sale. Angelica was our point of contact for the rental and Monique expedited the sale! Everyone is very professional and easy to work with! Great communication for everything!
