Signature Group, has been a great property managment company providing excellent quality service not only to me but also our tenants as well. We have always been pleased with their ability to manage, quickly resolve issues, and provide insight on certain matters. Dana and Clayton, have always quickly responded to emails or answered our phone calls whenever we had questions. We couldn't be more happier doing business with them.

I have been with Signature group for four years now and I am happy to say they are great! I do live out of state and have entrusted them 100%. Always kept up to date on my properties and any issues that may arise..always greeted so friendly by the front desk girl, love her positive attitude. And the leasing lady (Sarah) works so incredibly hard for me to ensure everything is taken care of...I feel very fortunate to have found Signature group and have a piece of mind my properties are in good hands...

I'm not exactly sure what their role is? I rented a home for one year and not once did I hear from them except to give me a fee of over $250 for being a few days late on rent (it's direct deposit and they only pull the money on weekdays) so it was no fault of mine and they DID refund me, but it gave me late fees almost EVERY month for about 10 days each month, and then credited the late fees. It was still a pain however that they couldn't modify their system to fix that problem. Also, they showed up to give me my thirty day notice at the end of my lease, but not a word to me for the ENTIRE YEAR I lived there. Luckily I spoke to the homeowner a few months prior and THEY notified me that they were selling their house. They expected Signature would have notified me. Luckily for me, I was able to close on a home at the end of my lease from the rental house. Deposit check? Still waiting for that one. I've been in my new home since 29 June and out of the rental since 11 July and still awaiting ANY word on it. Kathleen told me that she would mail it. Two weeks later, and after TWO emails she responds that she will check with the broker to see if it was mailed or if I can come get it. Still no word. I can only speak from a person that rented a home that they "managed" but I had one request in the beginning about some stuff that was on the side of the house. One year later it was still there. They never did anything that I could see on behalf of the owners. I could have been destroying the place and they wouldn't have known until I moved out. Anyway... bad experience on my part.

It’s no easy task to meet the needs of both owners and tenants, but Clayton, Dana and their team do a great job in this challenging line of work. They are courteous, competent professionals who work hard to quickly and cost-effectively address maintenance issues, while ensuring compliance with housing regulations. They have helped us to resolve numerous maintenance issues with an older home and when the owners decided to sell, assisted us with a smooth and timely transition to a new rental property. We highly recommend their services to any property owner or prospective tenant.

My wife and I have been using Signature Group for three years now. From day one the entire staff has been courteous, helpful, and driven to make sure that not only are we happy with their service, but our tenants are happy as well. The Signature Group are great to work with. If I questions on my property the answer them quickly .Also if repairs need to be done they are done in a timely manner and done right the first time. I believe Clayton keeps the cost of these repairs low also.

Was interested in a property and call Signature Group with a listing I saw on Zillow. Asked if it was still available and it was. Made appt., confirmed it, showed up for my 1:30 and....no one was there to greet me from Signature Group.....rrrrr!!!

Called their office immediately and got a "sorry that property is no longer avail." REALLY!?! Horrible customer service!!

If this is how you manage, there is now way I would want to rent from you.

Was burglarized while staying in a rental under management by Signature Group. Was not on a lease but Signature Group still kept the deposit. I left the rental (post burglary) in an immaculate status. I was robbed 2 times in a row. Once, when crooks broke in and stole my items. Second, when Signature Group took it upon themselves to keep my deposit, which I still rightfully deserve back. Absolute garbage.
