I have been renting with six rivers for 2 years now and I just want to say that Christina in the office has always been so nice to me. I love her positive attitude. She always helps me get repairs done that I need very quickly. She also helps me with paperwork that needs to be completed. I appreciate her hard work. I also really like the plumber guy Alex he is so friendly and I can trust him in my house and he does great work. Thank you to all the six rivers workers your doing a great job.

I've been renting from Six Rivers for a year and a half. Once we got the ball rolling on what needed to be fixed via emails, Sarah and Janine fixed issues with my apartment in a timely manner. Very rude. We rented through these people for 3.5 years. Never were they ever warm and personable. They treat their tenants like borrowers who owe them money. When you enter their office, don't expect to be greeted warmly with a "hi" or "hello" or "How are you?" They are there to collect your money and that's about it. They don't answer their phone.
Your call goes straight to voicemail. They do call you back, but who knows when. Apparently, the company has a new owner: however, same unprofessional employees run the place. I am so unsatisfied with how they treat their tenants that I'm seriously thinking of getting my rea estate salesperson license, then a broker license, just so I can open up my own property management business and teach these people what good customer service is all about: honest, personable, and professional. These are the three things they're severely lacking in my own honest opinion.

I am super happy with six rivers. I have rented from them since 2019. Just recently our home sold and we had to move. It was such a stressful situation but Christina and Kylie really went above and beyond to find us a home. They dealt with all my phone calls, questions, and requests with grace. Seriously, I was so stressed and sometimes called multiple times a day. They respond to maintenance requests within a day and most of the time within hours we have someone scheduling what needs to be done. Renters don't always leave the houses they rent in good condition and the employees here work hard to get the back where they need to be. I am super impressed with their dedication to making our stressful move a little less so.

I currently rent my home from Six Rivers. They communicate very well and fix your problems as soon as they can. Pay your rent on time and you will have no problems with them. Everyone in the office is very nice and I’ve never had any problems with them. I definitely would recommend renting from them, they are the sweetest people I’ve ever met.

I have been renting from Six Rivers Property Management going on my second year. What ever I need they are ready to help me. They are great with Section 8. Love the friendly staff they are like family members. Thank you so much Sarah and staff at Six Rivers Property Management team. I am able to have my Service dog with me. We are walking distance from the water trail. Beautiful.

They are just OK. They found me a place fine, and I always payed rent on time. When repairs needed to be done I had to call at LEAST every day, and even then it would typically be a 4 appointment job because they would send the wrong kind of repair man thus it taking longer to fix something. They aren't the kindest at the office but I just came in to give them money so I didn't care to much. They aren't horrible but not good customer service at all. If you don't care about how and when things get fixed and can put up with shotty additudes then your good, otherwise I'd find somewhere else to rent from.
