My contact at Sky Blue is Thomas. He has been a Godsend in helping me get the best rate for my car insurance and renters insurance. He was very kind and patient in explaining my coverage details and what works best for me. I feel blessed to have gotten him on my initial call to sky blue Insurance rather than someone else, as he really knows his stuff. This man deserves a raise, that’s all I can say!

Garbage. Worst business I have ever dealt with. They will charge your escrow the cancel the policy and still try to bill you after they cancel it. They pulled out of Michigan told me I was covered to the end of my policy which was Dec. They cancelled it in Oct. Without notice. Then send me a bill like I am expected to pay for coverage they didn't provide. My mortgage refused to cut them a check. They threatened to send me to collections for 17.00 it is the principal of the fact. I will be passing this complaint onto regulatory affairs as well. They didn't even cover my claim in 2022. I had to fight every inch for 4 months before they paid anything. They sent some unqualified adjusters out to take pictures and argue about very obvious issues. They were told by the insurance not to write in their report. I will not be surprised if they end up with a national lawsuit against them. Scam! This is probably why they can not provide coverage in michigan anymore. You call them their customer support will hang up on you when I have questions they don't want to answer. They do not have any agents to talk to directly it'd a super holiness number without anyone on the other end. It reaks scam and bad business. Do not use this company!!! Absolute nightmare to deal with. If you do I pray you never have to file a claim or call them.for anything. My mortgage company couldn't even get a live person.

I talked with Dev Shaw over the phone to set up a policy through Foremost Insurance. He told me I was required to have coverage 20% higher than I wanted, and that I was required to purchase an additional coverage for $200 because the home is vacant. When I got the policy documents it clearly said that the additional policy was optional and completely unrelated to the home itself. I found a reputable local agent who set me up with exactly the policy I originally asked for without lying to me to upsell an additional unrelated coverage.
I don't actually mind the upsell, but I draw a line when I'm lied to saying that the higher coverage and separate policy are required.

They have always been professional and have gone above and beyond to verify any concerns/payments, look into rates, and efficiency while at the fl dmv to keep our policy in order. Jake who?!
