Working with Travis has been simply amazing! Typically, when buy a homeowner the past this has always been the most difficult aspect for me, but not when you deal with Smart Mortgage! I have had the opportunity to work with Travis now twice and my first experience I was over 1000 miles away from his & his office. Travis and his team are very professional, organized, and are always available for questions. He's very knowledgeable and explains the process in great detail, and will find you the best deal for your situation. Because he's so organized, the process is incredibly smooth and the loan will close sooner than later. Even our realtor loved working with Travis, and said he would recommend him to other clients.
