This is the second time I have relied on Yusef and his team to acquire a home loan. I had no problems securing either of the loans. Rachel is a treat to work with. The entire team is extremely efficient. Mark and Rachel communicated with me throughout escrow. There were no surprises. Every aspect of the loan process went very smooth. They were ready to close escrow a week earlier than requested! The only reason we did not close escrow sooner than expected is because I didn’t want to. I highly recommend this team! As a first time homebuyer there are many options for lenders. That being said Yusef was the only one that was upfront with me about the real cost. I went to my trusted credit union and was sold on their home buyers choice loan. They tell you there is no PMI and no origination fee, however, when you get the actual loan paperwork it’s all added to your loan. Yusef was able to get me an equivalent loan with no down payment. Bottom line Yusef saved me $10,000 on the loan total, a whole percent on the interest rate and $40 a month on the payment. All lenders are held to the same standards so don’t be fooled by special offerings, they don’t exist. You can trust Yusef and Rachel will work to get you the best loan option for your situation and will see it through until the end. FYI, don’t get cold feet in the middle of escrow; depending on the loan type the fluctuating numbers may concern you but it will work out to your benefit in the end. Thank you Rachel for answering all of my questions and always being available to help. And Thank you Yusef for looking out. I owe you one!!
