After searching online and talking with a couple people. Solano Mortgage was recommended by a realtor my inlaws used. I emailed Jim Porter and got a fast response back. They were very accommodating with times to meet, my schedule isn't the easiest to work with. His daughter Lisa Porter was super helpful with guiding me and answering all my questions. Jim was able to work a couple different loan options that I could compare. BUT, Sara was our shining star. Sara lined out exactly what we needed, answered our text and calls, no matter the time. Sara explained everything in a way that didn't feel overwhelming and got us in our new home in a sooner than expected time. The team at Solano Mortgage Company is top of their class for a reason. Would absolutely recommend them for your Mortgage loan needs.
