I was there for 7 years and went thru a divorce and fell on hard times and I was 1 month going on 2 months behind and I was told to move out or be evicted. At Christmas and I have 4 girls and I have had good rental history for 19 years and now this. Loyalty is not something you will find here.And they didn't want to fix things in the house.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. SCAMMER AND UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

My partner and I are looking to move soon. We went out and checked a few properties around Atlanta. Found a house we liked, we went through the listed property manager's website, put in an application. ( Full disclosure rookie mistake we should have waited to speak to someone directly before putting in a full application.)

However, after the application was in Jabari was very unresponsive to email and phone calls. We called multiple times for 4 days and were met with answer machines and full mailboxes.

The owner Jabari finally answers one of my partner's phone calls and his direct words are "Why are you stalking me?" STALKING Sir, this is how you do business He offered no additional information about the application process, seemed very unenthused about the whole matter.

It took a week and a half to get a "no" on the rental property after he again didn't answer direct phone calls when we tried to follow up.

I have a family with kids, and we need to move quickly. After this interaction I felt very disrespected that I wasted time and money dealing with this "company." If this is how you treat people, you need another occupation, because this was piss poor service.

Amended: after this review was posted Jabari then took it upon himself to contact both myself and my partner. He then insulted my partner multiple times on the phone, suggesting that we didn't have the ability to read, when our misunderstanding resulted from his lack of communication, and offered no apologies for his lack of professionalism.

How is it that we couldn't reach you by phone for days to have a conversation about our application, but 5 minutes after I posted a negative review, you were able to call both of us immediately?
Sir, you are a raggedy individual.

Adrienne and Jabari work as a team, and my home buying process as smooth as it could possibly be. Adrienne connected me to their system that sent me listings on a daily basis, and even showed me options that I didn't even know that I had. She was easily accessible and made things happen quickly. I found the house I loved within a matter of weeks, and moved in. The closing process was smooth, and I am still living at that property. I am thinking of selling and buying another house within the next year or so, and will definitely call Adrienne when I am ready to make that move.

DO NOT use this company, Jabari Jones steals money, is rude to everyone he speaks with, refuses to stay in contact with his residents. Went two weeks without AC in one of his spots because he refused to answer his phone (his voicemail box was full so I couldn’t even leave a message). I paid a 75 dollar lease amendment fee, he gave confirmation that the lease was change, yet months later found out he never actually changed the lease, basically stealing my money. Feel like my review is a little harsh? I have concrete proof of the things listed above as well as other ILLEGAL acts this man committed. Message me if you like, I’d be happy to share with others. He even has a reputation amongst other property managers as being just as horrible as I described. This is not a joke people, he is corrupt. I strongly advise that if you can help it, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At least have a lawyer ready.

I spoke with Jabari Jones earlier today and will agree with majority of the responses posted "He's rude and unprofessional." I must admit Jabari was correct in what he was saying, it was the lack of respect and tone he used as if I were wasting his time. Afterwards, I contacted my mother and she stated "He was the same way with her." When communicating with clients or potential clients a business or business owner is usually respectful and courteous. He's either in it for the money because he found a way to legally take advantage of people or he skipped class when they discussed how "dissatisfied customers are far more likely to talk about your business than satisfied customers and how your employees feeling burdened by handling frustrated and angry customers." I called on behalf of my brother and his family who's a tenant of Jabari. My brother is a military veteran dealing with mental health issues from Iraq. This post is just the begging for me.

Poor Property manager (Jabari)
Has threatened me saying “I promise to destroy your credit” now that’s not professional! All because I shared my review and experience on google? C’mon now, as a tenant, various circumstances happened that were out of his and my control regarding the rental property. My experience was a bit turbulent due to maintenance issues, if he lived there, he would’ve understood my concerns and issues but apparently not. I wanted various things fixed, he wanted rent, which goes hand and hand but It didn’t go that way. #facts

I like all of the above about Jabari Jones, especially as I am an overseas owner. I purchased and sold the same property with Jabari over a five year period with very good results. He managed my property and we had the same tenant during this period with great customer service and mutual satisfaction, Highly recommended.

Jabari helped me and my husband find a home my husband and I told him what we were looking for and every morning he would email us listings of homes that we could choose from we narrowed our search down to two homes and in no time we were closing and now we’re in our home in less than two months. Jabari is the best Realtor to choose from and he has a great team that’s working with him I’m definitely going to refer Jabari to my family and friends and you should do the same he’s more than five stars.
