We have two business policies in place with Solomon Insurance. Fantastic service -they made sure to follow up to make sure the semi-annual premiums were paid because they make sure the payment methods are current and up to date.

Most insurance firms just send a bill and minimize customer service. This place doesn't and check up to make sure we are doing well. I feel like they are on my team.

Fantastic service. I have multiple policies in place, from business to personal. The policies that are in place are far better than what you can get online or other brick and mortar locations.

Solomon Insurance secret sauce is the they are the google of insurance polices. They understand where to look and what to look for on your specific needs and return the best prices for the coverage that you actually need. Not stuck to a certain corporate corporate company.

The big corporate insurance companies have internal rules in place that do not allow them to customize, much less actually shop around like this agency does. I've made a claim and they fully covered the claim.

Eugene Solomon is not who you want as your insurance broker. Once he gets your business, he is completely unresponsive and leaves you hanging until it’s almost too late for policy renewals, new policies, etc. he is absolutely terrible at returning calls and emails. Worst is that he even left me uninsured for possibly several years (still trying to find this out) and then tried to put the blame on me.

Insurance is an important and necessary thing in life, you need to know that you can trust that you’re being taken care of - Eugene doesn’t have your back, he just has his hand in your wallet.
