I worked with ANN JONES to sell my father's house.
She is AMAZING!
She was very kind and went way above and beyond what was required to sell the place. She even took me for a hike when I needed some space away from dealing with the stress of handling all my Dad's estate stuff.
She helped me find a good repair guy, lawn maintenance, estate sales person, and her photographer ( who was terrific) even ended up helping me get my dad's war memorabilia to the PIMA air museum.
She knows all the best people.

First, apologies to Scott Smith for this being written nearly two months past our closing. We met Scott by pure happenstance through a request to view a property I found in Realtor.com. Without question Scott is the ultimate real estate professional. He managed and coordinated our home purchase in Hereford AND, essentially, the sale of our property in North Phoenix in an exemplary, even-keeled manner. He worked closely with both title companies, our selling agent, our mortgage company and the seller's agent in Sierra Vista to keep both transactions on schedule. While he did his absolute best to keep the daily stress away from us, at no point throughout the process were we not fully aware of what was happening. Sonny has been a wonderful landlord, anything that's been needing to be fixed or replaced he took care of it right away, our fridge went out over night and the next day he had a replacement in for us while we wait for a brand new one to be purchased!
