I had a great experience with Scott and his team. They were knowledgeable about the Sebastopol area and helped answer questions about detailed and specific local ordinances which helped us decide on a property. They worked quickly and did their best to keep us informed throughout the process. A special shout out to Pam who was particularly warm and helpful with guiding us as nervous first time home buyers while keeping on top of the details and mountains of required documents for a jumbo loan.

I agree with a previous poster that if you fill your info into the general portal you will get bombarded with calls, for us it was from a different branch of the company but we were never contacted unnecessarily by anyone at this branch.
