My fiancée and I were trying to buy a home for a couple years now and we were always mislead, shut down due to credit score issues, given false hope or just had a realtor who was not proactive at all.

Until we came across a realtor named Renessa Guerrero who was amazing from the start and connected us with our loan officer Joey West who was also awesome. Words can’t express how thankful we are with them who were by far the best team we have ever worked with while in our process and search for a home. From the communication level, time and dedication they give you they really go above and beyond. They never gave us false hope and always assured us they will do everything in their power to do good by us and always came through. After a couple days of Renessa showing us homes we wanted to see and her just being proactive and adding extra ones to the list and us being indecisive (thank you for your patience by the way) we finally found one that we really liked. This was July 10-11th I can’t remember but the home needed to sell by the 29th.

Joey diligently worked to help us get everything going! Mornings, Evenings, Nights and Weekends it did not matter the communication was amazing! Although we had some speed bumps along the way due to underwriters being underwriters to the point we felt unsure at times and almost lost hope, Joey always maintained a positive attitude. He definitely made us feel like we were in good hands and he isn’t an Allstate agent! He made sure he explained every step in detail so that we knew exactly what was going on and not just having us sign documents. July 29th came along and we closed our deal, got our keys and were finally home owners! We are first time home buyers on an FHA loan with not the best credit score. But Joey made it happen for us in less then 20 days!

I will definitely recommend them both to anyone who is looking to buy their first home, second home or just trying to refinance they are awesome! I look forward to working with them again in the future whether it’s to refinance or purchase more property!
