I won’t be fair if I generalize the entire company based on a rotten tomato. I had been a renter since 2021 and the people I dealt with Zach and Guido were nice and compassionate. However, recently the introduction of someone named Tiffany ruined a good relationship. I hope Sorola Management hires the right people that best represents its interests and reputation.

Gilbert and his staff are outstanding. Not only are they professional, but they are caring people. They managed my property while I lived out of state and I had nothing to worry about. They took care of the maintenance, the finances, the leasing and any other unexpected issues. I highly recommend their services and I definitely would use them again in the future.

Do not rent from Gilbert!!!!
He lies and is a horrible person!!!
The septic tank overflowed into are living room…from never being pumped out…and then he kept our $2,000 deposit and said it was are fault that it happened…
A tree fell on the backyard fence and then he charged us to have it fixed…Gilbert is only here to take advantage of his clients!
Horrible company to rent from!!!

While properties were selling like hotcakes he stuck with us until we found not only the perfect home but was able to get a winning bid in before others. Some of the properties we looked at sold so fast we didn't have time to make a decision, and when we were ready he got the paperwork done, helped secure the documentation and loan needed. I highly recommend him.

I have waited 3 months to write this review because I want to compare this office with other management offices in the area. In this review I am offencing the way of managing the property.
As a property owner, I signed a contract with them to manege my property on July-2023. Unfortunatelly they didnt do a good job at all due to many reasons after I have faced so many issues with them.
(1)They will charge 10% fee while the market is charging 8% fee.
(2) When there is any maintenance required at the property, they will never ever inform you because they have a clouse at the aggrement called (Maintenance Reserve of 1000$). While other company is not doing that.
(3) The maintenance reserve is a trap and they will do their best to get the whole amount if they can under what so called "Maintenance" to get the most benifit out of you . then , they will cover the spent amount "Maintenance Reserved" from the monthly income rental and they will repeat it monthly." Before I cancel the contract, they told me that Clause can be eliminated "Maintenance Reserved of 1000$", really. After they suck my blood.
(4) When I was living at the house , there were a tree that hit the side of the house. The logic is to trim the branches and the issue solved. What SOROLA did, they cuted down the whole tree which is a 30 years old tree because they want to get cash from 'Maintenance Reserved of 1000$"
(4) Do you believe that they have earned more money$ than me (the owner) when I calculated the amount recieved from them , they took alot more than me, so they were my partners.
There are alot more , So be carful when dealing with them.
Now they will responde and they will say "The home is Old" 🙂 But it was well maintained before I leave the house.
