The staff and doctor was very professional and kept the appointment time as scheduled. Everyone explained the next steps of the visit. The gentleman who fitted me for glasses was helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue was when I arrived and looked for the suite number. I was told it was suite number 105, but it was actually suite M. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

Oh My from the front office to the back office they were all great and pleasant during my entire visit...The staff and the Doctor was A- 100!!! The Lady thats in the office with the person with billing insurance and set up the surgery" the one towards the back left hand side" she really made me feel great about having me there !!

The wait time is ridiculous. It’s horrible. You all really need to do better. My appointment was at 2:50. They did not see me until 3:25 is horrible and the fact that if two people swap an appointment is considered a no-show with someone is actually coming and you all want to charge $50 is ridiculously. All I wanted to do is swap with my daughter who already had an appointment on the 23rd of this month. I was NOT pleased with my experience at all.

I am a veteran and have been seeing Dr Ross in dougls office for about five years and his is great.untill this year,I have had no problem with.the people at the frount desk.ever year I have to have them to send the VA a request for additional visit and they had been doing this for me at the douglas office.I was told they could not do that for me anymore.for three or four weeks I started calling and all I could get is some kind of answer service they have hired and they don't know doodle squat.I have had to drive over fifty miles to to tifton ga just to be told the one that does the veterans is out sick.I ask if there was some way when she got back that she could contact me or if I could get a # to contact her.they told me no.
I have never been one to right bad reviews but this is totally ridiculous.I have about five other Dr's that are through community care and l have no problem with them.
This aggravation needs to be addressed now,and I mean now.

Upon arriving to my 2 children's eye appts 10 minutes early I was informed my kids who are of driving age had to produce government id's to be seen. I immediately left because my son has an old learners license I was told I could use. I got back 5 mins past the 15 min late time limit. My son was there early. He never left he stayed at the office while I went to retrieve the old Id i had no idea he even needed. He was there the entire time and they knew I was bringing the idea. He was turned away because his ID was 5 mins past the limit personally I will never give them another dime.
