I closed on my property here and I could not have been treated better. The staff are professional, respectful and attentive. What impressed me most though was the Starbucks coffee they offered me. Brewing that coffee in the office made the place look like a relaxing coffee shop. I loved it. Thank you Southland.

I had horrible experience with this company, manager was extremely rude to me and my mother in law, title company and lender wasn’t communicating, they didn’t know what documentation I need to send them for my house, there was no answer. Recommend to choose Stewart title over Southwest Title!

This was a bungled experience at best where this title company and the lender pointed the fingers at one another almost the whole time. Communication was poor, signing execution was poorer and overall I would not recommend utilizing this title company to make a grocery list!
