Had some issues with some management fees. Their online payment system was not working. Tried to call for several days in a row. No on picked up the phone. They would only respond in email which further complicated the issue. When they did respond I had been charged extra monthly fees but was never notified. It was an overall hassle. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Just difficult to work with.

This is a ridiculous company. I have called several times to try and communicate different issues with them. The only person that answers is a secretary with no way to communicate with their boss. I have left countless messages and never get anything in return besides another fine and threat of higher fines. There is zero communication with any decision makers in this company and hide behind a secretary. I would NEVER recommend this company as they have proved they cannot handle their current workload efficiently. Instead of communication their answer is more fines. What a horrible company to be involved with.

Your home is your investment please don’t be careless with who you have to manage it.This company is the worst company to trust your property with I have never been spoken to with such disrespect in all of my ,life The owner Judith Lynn Tipton has been so rude and disrespectful I don’t know why anyone would hire her to manage their HOA She up the cost on my closing fees ,because she could according to her however she would not provide a copy of the contract that allows her to do so .doesn’t do their responsibility to make sure they are not in violation,I have been trying for years to get the trees trimmed that was growing into my unit ,however they are quite to charge me with fines ,if you like being disrespected ,cheated out of your , love being treated rudely then this is the company for you she has to be accountable for her actions before she steals the funds from your Hoa . Just don’t put yourself through this .

There’s no way on earth Lynn can be the owner of anything, she is beyond rude. She teams up with her sidekick (don’t remember her name) and they try to bully you. Unfortunately for them, I can’t be bullied and will be hearing from my lawyer.
I paid over $10,000 in fees from a “garbage can being in front of the house” for a year. The garbage can has never left the backyard due to the house being VACANT for the past year. I called and told them I paid my balance so can I regain access to the property? The rude sidekick said no you didn’t pay, you still owe us and I can’t talk to you if you owe money. Mind you I paid the balance in full 2 weeks ago. The attorney doesn’t answer and Lynn and company stopped answering so I paid 10k in fees that were false and still locked out of my property.

DON’T BUY ANY HOUSE THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH!

Worst HOA management company. They don’t answer their phones and return calls. They are basically trying to harass homeowners sending unnecessary notices and assessing fines. After making several attempts to talk to them and leaving voicemails I finally emailed them and told the issue has been resolved, they asked for pictures to verify. When pictures are sent they ask for better angel pictures. All they need to do is zoom in. Also picture taking is their job not homeowners. There is no respect of communication by this particular person Kristyn Haddix who responded to my emails. I don’t know why this company is still in business with such poor reviews.

This company manages the HOA at Brookview Townhomes in Mableton, GA. This management company has made the community unwarranted by federal standards. No property in the community can receive a FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac loans. Owners in this community have no knowledge that they are possibly under insured. There is a 30k deductible that each home owner in community will have to pay in an event their properties receive water damage.

As a service provider, Encore Electric was contacted via email by Southern Property Management to help with a non-functioning monument sign light. We traveled, on the same day, to site and replaced a faulty photocell and sent invoice along with pictures showing a now functioning light. SPM now states, they only wanted an estimate, had not approved repairs and was not paying for services rendered. Had this clearly been communicated in their request, we would've replied to their email or phone call with a minimum-maximum not to exceed cost for repairs. As such small jobs doesn't require travel to site to provide estimate. Apparently there was another contractor involved and some confusion as to who repaired the non-functioning light. Although SPM said they only wanted an estimate, they paid another contractor for services provided by Encore Electric. As of date, Encore Electric not been compensated for services rendered. !!!!!SERVICE PROVIDERS BEWARE!!!!!
