Lisa is professional, educated in all aspects of property management! So are all of her agents, Mal McEwing, Robin Hill, Doug in maintenance division just to name an few and many others! God has blessed this woman and she shines!!!

I lived in a rental property managed by Southland Brokers for almost 5 years. They are very professional, knowledgeable and were always very attentive to my needs. The owners and the office staff were exceptional. I was able to purchase my own home and they helped me so much with the exit process. Lisa is professional, hard working and I am confident she will apply all of her abilities to every client she is engaged with. My story begins with having to relocate out of the Atlanta area in 2010 after the housing market had severely collapsed. Owning a home, I retained Lisa's services to manage finding renters for my home and managing any maintenance issues that arose during the rental. She performed background checks and found tremendous tenants who treated my home as their home. As minor maintenance issues arose she would obtain the notifications, keep me posted and find contractors who were very reasonably priced to recommend repairs. It gave me a peace of mind while I was out of state that issues were being addressed promptly and fairly for the renters and for me as a homeowner.

Once the housing market improved it was time to place my home on the market. After five years of Lisa working flawlessly at maintaining my rental agreement she was the confident choice for real-estate agent selection. She provided her professional services to list the house at a fair market value and quickly advertise the house to find the most qualified buyers. As we worked through the process she consistently kept me well informed and provided me with fair options for lawn maintenance and reasonable, professional contractors to address any items that required attention from the inspection process. My story ends with a successful sale that was expedited with great results. I can highly recommend Lisa for anyone who requires rental assistance, sale assistance or buying a home. No one will work harder and provide you with a peace of mind that you are being treated fairly, professionally and in the most expedited manner while being kept well informed.
