I have never in my life been so upset with a bank ever!! Simply trying to get statements that are inconsistent and skip months and months. Was just told off by the regional manager, Kelly, that I disrupted their day trying to get my missing statements and that my statements are my responsibility. Well if that’s the case the statements that are online are either missing months or not available at all and have only received 2 months the past few months for past statements that don’t include 2023 at all. Was told “they were doing this for me as a courtesy” and if I complained they would charge me. Well I have online statements and as a business owner I’m just now completing my 2023. Deadline was this week. I feel a bank should provide at minimum 24 months of statements and with that should have that available online to be downloaded as a cvs, xcel, or Qif. None of that is available on pdf which I gave up on that anll together but just needed the missing pieces to view my transactions for the year. I simply asked for the missing statements and have been treated as if I’ve done something wrong was handed to a regional manager who wouldn’t even listen to me at all and only yelled at me. I will be taking my personal banking out of this bank. I thought would be great to one day transfer my business to them but after today will never happen and will only be finding a new bank. It is completely disorganized and then they make you feel bad for their own inconsistency and call you irresponsible. I never write bad reviews due to owning a biz but this is not ok. This Fiasco, has now disrupted two of MY days and was told off by the manager! Not ok! Their app also is sub par.

^*just got off the phone with another bank manager and she let me know this has happened to others and they were able to fix it. But that was not presented to me. I was only treated like a second class human that disrupted their banking day. She was nice, but I’m still moving my personal elsewhere.

I been going to this bank since April of 2016 and never had a problem until June 1,2023.. I went through the drive threw teller to cash my business check to pay my employees and the teller sent me back a bunch of old hundred dollars bills I stayed there and counted the money before I pulled off and she gave me the correct amount.. After I left south pointe I head to my bank and deposit the money and as I waited the teller from my bank comes back and tell me one of the hundred dollar bills was counterfeit and they gotta send it off to the federal government…,and they deposited the rest all except a hundred dollar.. I then called south pointe and let them know and one of the rep asked me was it a old hundred dollar bill I said yes it was, she then put the manager on and he tells me its nothing they can do once I pulled off… I use to work at the bank so I know when you’re counting customers their money its a camera right over each teller as their counting so they able to zoom in on the money being counted and see the numbers on the money and there is no way imma let this issue go!!! SOUTH POINTE BANK IM GIVING YOU GUYS 2 weeks TO make this right and if not you will definitely be hearing from my attorney… I am a legitimate business owner and I was unable to compensate my employee because of this matter.
