Spring Lake Apartments have been wonderful. My husband and I lived in their newly renovated 2 bed 2 bath apartment and had very little maintenance issues. When we did they were quick to handle the issue. The wrap around sidewalk in the complex and dog play area were great for our puppies.

Spring Lake has been a great place to live for my wife and I and our puppies. We love the location and the sidewalk that goes around the complex for walking the dogs! Management and maintenance were great to work with.

The apartments are nice and the office staff has been very good to work with. On the few occasions I've needed maintenance support, they have been great. The location is awesome!

this place looked amazing at first. Seemed very promising, though here is the truth. This place and their leasing agents are always looking to make an extra buck off every single tenant they can. The old staffing was amazing, very nice, caring, not pushy, the new staff is constantly nagging, they are very condescending, and very rude whenever they have a chance to be. I would not recommend this apartment complex with its current staffing to even an enemy. The absolute worst memory from this location was when I had one of their leasing agents walk into my bedroom with me asleep and in my birthday suit.#freedomofspeech

I am in my second year. I have had minor maintenance issues that are resolved in a timely manner and the office is good to work with. The neighbors I am around have been friendly.

Apartments are a little out-dated unless you get an upgraded one which they had none available at the time of our move in and unfortunately our lease is up in two weeks at our previous Mishawaka apartment. It’s smaller and more expensive here but sometimes you are willing to sacrifice less space for a smaller run apartment complex in the safety of granger. Located within walking/short driving distance of A LOT of stores and the mall which is convenient. Nicole and Tiffany in the office are AMAZING!! They really helped my fiancé make sure he was heard about any issues we had when he moved in. Cute little apartment complex and we look forward to seeing what they have to offer us as we go thru the process of getting married and moving in with one another. The pros and cons are pretty even at this moment, as we just moved in tonight! Plus our AT&T guy was pretty helpful and helped my fiancé move our HEAVY couch up the flight of stairs! Everybody here seems willing to go above and beyond to help out/do their jobs which is more than a lot of complexes around here can say. Like I said if you’re looking for something fancy definitely opt for the newly renovated apartments but at this point I’ll take the “bad” with the good because the community is actually pretty nice around here 🙂

Some reasons we chose this complex were: newly renovated apartment with washer, dryer, and dishwasher; location was small, private, and on a lake; we wanted the dog park, fitness center, and pool. Some reasons why we are going to extend our lease are: we feel like we are on vacation daily with the beautiful views of the water, sunset, and wildlife of ducks, geese, birds, bunnies, and squirrels; we can walk right outside our sliding glass door to our porch or open up to the screens to enjoy the fresh air and nature sounds; the front office ladies of Nichole and Niki are always friendly and the maintenance men of Diego and Scott are quick and accommodating; our neighbors are friendly, we love our walks around the circle, and we feel safe!
