My mother was a resident thru November and part of December, until she passed on Dec 13. The staff was excellent. They were so great to my mom, my dad and family. When she passed, the nurses that verified her passing were so compassionate to all of us, and everyone on night shift were amazing, always checking in on us, bringing water and coffee.
My concern is with the medical director, Dr. Lopez. After my mom passed, the signature needed to have my mother cremated, he refused stating "he didn't take care of her" therefore he refused to sign the death certificate. He is the one that signed her admission paperwork, is the director of the facility, and was in direction of the nurses that verified my mom's death. My mom has been in "storage" for nearly a month, and literally will not be in her urn at her own celebration of life, a month after passing. Being a nurse myself for 21 years, I've never witnessed anything like this ever. The facility is clean, the staff is FANTASTIC beyond words. The medical director however, is sketchy, at best.

My brother was here as a resident for a while and I loved how they all went out of there way to take excellent care of him! He came in weak and couldn’t walk and therapy worked with him and had him able to speed walk when he discharged! He loved it there so much that when he discharged to home he wanted to come back cause he missed seeing everyone! The staff truly take the time to listen and they take excellent care of each and every resident! Best nursing home I’ve ever worked at! They treat their residents like family! Good people! Love this place!

My father-in-law was very well cared for at SV Meadows. So grateful.
Now, they are caring for my mom while she rehabs from a hip fracture.
I couldn't ask for better care.

The best facility there is! Every single person from housekeeping, nursing, therapy, dietary, etc is so caring! There is no place I’d rather have my loved one.

I was treated very well for the first 30min. After that I was dismissed, wasn't shown how to call for nurse, or where the bathroom was. Nothing about menu if food. Was told they had my meds set up as well as I was told by Dr Phill it was ready 330@ I'm still waiting for meds and I got here 350 day before.
