The main takeaway for me about Star is how kind and considerate their staff is. The customer service at Star has been the best I have received in years. Whats more is that the staff at the building I frequent know me by name and make an effort to keep up with my life. That may not be the draw for everyone, but for me it is important that the place I store my currency understands the human aspect of running such a business. In that regard, Star has it in spades.
